DUTIES - what's expected of you
Refer real people
Every vendor and buyer you refer should be a genuine, independent person or business - not a second account you control.
Register with accurate details
Your name, phone number, and mobile money details must match your own registered mobile money identity. This is how payouts reach the right person and how we keep the program fair.
Refer, don't spam
Share your code honestly. Referral links should not be posted in ways that mislead people about what they're signing up for.
One account per person
Operating multiple ambassador, vendor, or buyer accounts yourself - or through an associate, for your own benefit - is not allowed and puts your earnings at risk.
Respond to verification requests
If we flag an account for review, respond promptly. Verification protects the program's payouts for everyone.
Keep the leaderboard honest
Quality points come from real, engaged buyers signing up with your code - not fake or dormant accounts created to game your rank. We treat that the same as any other prohibited conduct.
RIGHTS - what you're entitled to
Lifetime 1% earnings
You earn 1% of every completed sale from a vendor you referred, for as long as that vendor stays active - not just during an introductory window.
On-demand withdrawals
Your available balance is yours to withdraw whenever you like. There is no lock-up period or minimum holding time on cleared earnings.
A transparent dashboard
Every referred account, every transaction, and every cedi you've earned or withdrawn is visible to you in real time - not buried in a monthly statement.
A fair review process
If a transaction or account is flagged, you'll be told why and given the chance to provide clarifying information before any final decision.
Visibility & recognition

Transactions that won't count toward your earnings
These rules keep the program fair for everyone. Here's exactly what doesn't count, no surprises.
Not fully completed
Pending, cancelled, or refunded orders never count. A transaction has to be escrow-confirmed and fully completed before any reward is generated from it.
More than one per pair, per day
Only the first transaction between a given buyer and vendor each day is reward-eligible. Repeat same-day orders between the same two accounts don't add up.
Self-referred accounts
If a vendor and the ambassador who referred them turn out to be the same person, or share a payout account, none of the resulting transactions count.
Patterned round-tripping
A small, tight cluster of accounts trading repeatedly with each other - instead of a normal spread of distinct customers - is reviewed manually and can be excluded from rewards.

As soon as a referred vendor's sale is completed and confirmed, your 1% earnings are credited to your available balance. You can withdraw it right away - there's no waiting period.
Not in cash - the GHS 20 signup bonus goes to your buyer, not to you. What you get instead is quality points, which raise your leaderboard rank and badge tier, and can lead to real recognition at year end.
Direct applications close for now. We're planning a future phase - vendor-to-vendor escalation - where any vendor who refers 10 other vendors would be automatically enrolled as an ambassador with the same 1% lifetime earnings, regardless of the direct-seat count. That phase hasn't launched yet, so until then, the 1,000 direct spots are the only way to join.
No. Ambassador and vendor identities are checked against registered mobile money account names, plus corroborating signals, before activation. Accounts found to be the same person are excluded from rewards.
No. Verification relies on your mobile money account's registered name and standard account signals - never a copy or scan of your Ghana Card.
No - your earnings are calculated on the vendor's completed sales regardless of their commission-promo status, once the promo period ends and standard commission applies to the sale.
